When you connect your TikTok or Instagram account to BitSage through our creator publishing tools, you authorize us to publish content to that connected account on your behalf using the relevant platform APIs. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the connected platform's app settings. We will only publish content that you have reviewed and approved. We do not store your TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook credentials.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any market analysis or cycle data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on our content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
