BitSage respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with our website, creator tools, and connected platform integrations.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email info@bitsage.org from the email address associated with your BitSage account or request.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Tell us which connected account or service the request concerns, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, newsletter, or payment records.

What We Delete

We delete personal information we control, including account records, stored authorization tokens, connected platform identifiers, and support records when deletion is legally permitted.

Timing

We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion within 30 days unless we are required to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or compliance reasons.

Revoking Platform Access

You can also revoke BitSage access directly from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta account settings. Revocation stops future access through that platform, but you may still contact us to request deletion of data stored by BitSage.
